  • Well, the days of texting and driving (legally) are over. Or will be over on July 1 when the new law that Governor Phil signed today officially goes into effect. Funny thing is, the law will apply to everyone except for state/local AND CAMPUS law enforcement officers. What? [Tennessean]

  • Makes sense about the LEOs. (Law Enforcement Officers for the uninformed) still being able to text while driving, they already have their in car computers on which they play video poker and all sorts of fun things like that. Texting is just assumed. They need to stay in contact with their families. And they're better drivers than us public obviously.
