- Local musician Todd Austin, better known as Toddzilla, won a 3-2 decision from Historic Zoning Commissioners to allow him tear down and rebuild his East Nashville home following a June fire and petition drive that netted 10,000 signatures. The staff of the commission had recommended against the move, saying that enough of the existing structure could be saved.
