  • A Nashville man is suing Whole Foods and Starbucks after buying an explosive bottle of Tazo tea from the Green Hills Whole Foods. The glass from the bottle allegedly burst and severed a tendon in his right hand, for which he has had to have extensive surgery. [City Paper]
  • Tennessee wants us all to buy electric cars so badly that they’re willing to shell out a $2,500 rebate for the first 1,000 sold. [WTVF]
  • Metro still isn’t going to take over the town of Lakewood after residents voted to dissolve their charger 400-399 last month. Due to some allegedly shady voting practices, they’d rather vote on it again. [City Paper]
