There’s nothing better than watching thousands of rubber ducks getting dumped into the Cumberland River and then “racing” for prizes, right? We love the Great Nashville Duck Race because it’s outrageously silly to watch, everyone can participate and it’s for a good cause. Just adopt a rubber duck for $5 and the proceeds go to The Boys & Girls Club of Middle Tennessee. And you have a shot at winning the rubber duck race… and even if you don’t win, you’ll get your $5 worth of entertainment as you watch 7,500 rubber ducks race down the riverfront. Really, we promise it’s worth it. Come out this Saturday to check out the fun!
- 11:00am – Family Fun Festivities & Nashville Predators Kids Zone at Riverfront Park and Taco Bell V.I.D. Party at Riverfront Landing
- 1:00pm – Race Begins at Gateway Bridge
- 1:30pm - Race Ends at Riverfront Park

We’re assuming that V.I.D. stands for “Very Important Duck” and can’t wait to see what THAT’S all about.
