Calling all technology enthusiasts: BarCamp Nashville is open for registration. It will be held all day (9am-4pm) October 18 at the Sommet Center, and it’s free. BarCamp Nashville is a part of a national series of BarCamp “un-conferences,” low on structure but chock full of valuable sessions with speakers, networking with peers, and open discussion. It’s an awesome opportunity to learn and connect for anyone involved in technology and new media (and digital media, social media, or whatever the heck strikes your fancy). This will be the 2nd year of BarCamp Nashville, and participation is expected to grow exponentially from last year. Jump on board! They also need lots of volunteers, so if you can help out, let them know.
