Happy Hour: It’s All A Blur

Bright & Early: ICEd Over Edition

Good morning, Nashville. Davidson County’s 287(g) immigration enforcement (ICE) program could be effectively ended by next Wednesday morning if the Metro Council chooses to vote it down at Tuesday’s meeting. Because of some changes at the federal level regarding transparency, the program has been up in the air for the past several weeks. Sheriff Daron Hall, who has overseen the program since the beginning, hopes to see it continue.
