Franklin: A Pat On the Back [Mixed Reviews]

We’re celebrating withour neighbors in Franklin, who made the list of Money Magazine’s 100 Best Places To Live. They’re the only Tennessee city to make the list, and at #45, they’re making us very proud [via Post Politics].
