Flickr user edwin.donnelly snagged an impressive shot of this little guy, an African Crowned Crane, at the Nashville Zoo yesterday. Though we kind of think it’s begging for an LOLcat caption, we love it the way it is: shocked, curious, and exotic.

    that little jerk was hiding from us when we went to the zoo… couldn't get a shot of anything but a tree with his ass sticking out from behind it…

    this is an awesome shot though!! glad someone got him…
