- In case you missed the anonymous Scientology protests on Music Row this weekend, there’s a video on Youtube. We’re not sure if it was intentional or not, but they definitely rickrolled the Celebrity Centre. [Youtube]
- Gov. Bredesen is giving his budget speech as we blog. “Tennessee is a great idea,” he says. We’ll say. Look out for lots of job cuts and no love for pre-K, among other depressing news. [WTVF]
- While we’re talking about speeches, Mayor Dean will be giving the State of the Metro speech tomorrow morning at 10:30am at the Nashville Public Library downtown. He hasn’t done this before, so it’s probably going to be good. If we were real geeks we’d liveblog it, but just look for the highlights tomorrow. [Tennessean]
- For all you Preds fans out there, Martin Erat is here to stay to the tune of $31.5M. He scores a lot of goals, so we’re pretty happy. Please don’t leave us, Preds. [City Paper]
