• Cochon Butcher in Germantown abruptly closed today to make way for Vietnamese restaurant Vui’s Kitchen, which is slated to open by the end of the year. We’ll miss you, Le Pig Mac.
• Edley’s Barbecue is expanding to Florida, joining their three locations in Nashville and one in Lexington, Kentucky.
• The 101st Airborne Division, based out of Fort Campbell  in nearby Clarksville, will be joining the relief effort for Puerto Rico following the two hurricanes that ravaged the Caribbean.
