  • The swine flu is spreading around Tennessee like wildfire, meaning that we may possibly have a second (unconfirmed) case out near Memphis. [WKRN]
  • Okay, so maybe that’s not spreading much, but the TVA is looking to spread their  coal ash-y love around Tennessee as they check out possible sites to dispose of all that toxic sludge they’re cleaning up in Kingston. And the lucky probable recipient? Roane County! [WZTV]
  • If you work for the State of Tennessee, you may not want to get too attached to that free bus fare you get. In the name of saving some jobs, Metro may be yanking that privilege soon. [WSMV]
