It’s That Time Again: Country Music Marathon’s Epic List Of Road Closures

It’s that time of year again – The time of year when the entire city shuts down for a few hours as 30,000 masochistic runners descend upon our streets and 100,000 of their closest friends come to watch the self-inflicted torture take place (we love you, runners!) It’s none other than the Country Music Marathon! Check out the laundry list of road closures after the jump:

Freeway offramp closures:

  • Northbound 65 to Metro Center/8th Avenu: 6:15am – 1:30pm
  • Southbound 65 to Metro Center/8th Avenue: 6:15am – 1:30pm
  • East bound 40 to Broadway: 6:15am – 9:30am
  • West bound 40 to Broadway: 6:15am – 9:30am
  • East bound 40 to Demonbreun St.: 6:15am – 9:30am
  • West bound 40 to Demonbreun St.: 6:15am – 9:30a
