Nashvillest Spotlight: Zingo Nashville

When we first heard about Zingo Nashville, we were floored. A driver service that picks you up on a collapsible scooter so you and your car make it home safely? Brilliant. We just can’t understand why someone hadn’t thought of this sooner. Better still, Zingo seems to have a sense of humor. Straight from their FAQs:

Can you drive my car home without me in it?
Yes.  In fact, we provide this service to our regulars quite often.  Our drivers can perform special tasks for you as well, such as feeding your pets if you are not going to make it home.  Really.

We love it. So the next time you find yourself in a situation where you can’t exactly get behind the wheel, give Nashville newcomers Zingo a call and wait for your personal scooter to arrive.

Glad someone else thinks it's as awesome as we do, Nicole! It's a bit pricey, but probably worth it not to have the hassle of figuring out how to get back to your car the next day.

I've never driven drunk before, but I assume that the price is significantly less than a DUI would be.
I'm a officially a fan of this service.

A year or two ago I saw this service being offered in London and thought it was brilliant. The fact that it's made it stateside is more brilliant and the fact that it's in Nashville is unbelievable. Definitely putting them in my phone's contact list!
