This week’s batch of Mixed Reviews By People Who Don’t Live Here starts out with an incredibly specific ranking by way of making the list of the Top Ten Gay Friendly College Football Schools. We are not joking, this is actually a ranking bestowed upon Middle Tennessee State University by Gay.com, rolling in at #9 in the nation.

Then we have PMI Mortgage Insurance Co., who lists Nashville at 10th place in their Top Ten Stable Home Market rankings. And the Bureau of Labor ranks Tennessee at 2nd place in the nation’s Top Teen Unemployment States. But enough with the glowing reviews! We’ve got to have something to keep us humble, and that something is our state’s ranking as 47th for College Graduation Rate. Always a mixed bag here at Mixed Reviews By People Who Don’t Live Here!

I don't know about calling MTSU a “football school,” but I would agree that it's pretty gay-friendly.
