I actually think that most of these are very accommodating to vegetarians. I'm pescatarian but usually prefer to just eat vegetarian, and went to Tayst last year during Restaurant Week and was pleased. Most will provide a vegetarian option even if it's not on the special menu for the week.

I've heard that it will be semi-annual now, so perhaps we'll see another in the fall/winter.

My only complaint is why are they doing this summer? I guess because business is already slower in the summer for some of these restaurants…
