Why can’t it be 8pm right now?! Tonight from 8pm-midnight, Sonic Drive-in’s are handing out free small root beer floats. If we remember correctly, many Sonics actually ran out of ice cream last year. We have many fond summer memories of midnight Sonic root beer float runs, and we’ll be there tonight when the clock strikes 8.
Here’s a tip – The Sonic on 8th Ave S has recently remodeled and added a new set of drive-in stalls, which means they should have enough room to accommodate the float rush.
