I've found that they kind of assume you don't want it HOT hot unless you're a regular. Give it another try and tell them you want as hot as it comes. Hopefully they'll hook you up!

When I've went to Bolton's the chicken hasn't been spicy at all (I asked for it hot), is there some trick to get them to make it as hot as Prince's?
