So sick of hearing about how urgent it is for Greyhound to move. That boondoggle of a convention center isn't going to be built in the next year, and there's hope yet that in the current climate the city may not be able to get the bond financing necessary to do it anyway.

Calorie counts at restaurants is something that should be left up to the owners of the restaurants. Apparently the Nashville law only applies to chains of 15 locations or more, so we should instead appeal to the companies themselves if this is something that is needed.

The Preds game was great and I'm glad to see them in 6th place making a good run for the playoffs. On the way home from the game I got on 24W and was greeted with stop and go traffic right before the Briley exit. I can only assume this is because of the dynamite, although they blocked off the left 3 lanes on 24, which doesn't make a whole lot of sense to me.

I'm all for the calorie count on the menu. I was in NYC last week, and actually seeing how many calories you consume versus "guessing and hoping" was much more reassuring. Maybe we'll actually be able to lose our status as one of the fattest states once people realize just how bad the triple Whopper with cheese really is... especially with a King-sized fry and Coke. And Hershey's Sundae Pie. Mmmmmm...
