• Like something straight out of Judge Judy, Jack Lawrence of the Raconteurs was slapped with a $100K lawsuit by ex-girlfriend Kelli Craig. She says she supported his lazy ass for 8 years while he “pursued music” or something and then he listed himself as the only person on the title for the house they just bought. And now he’s trying to evict her. [Tennessean]
• Just as we suspected, the fake anthrax mailed to Governor Phil yesterday was in fact fake. [WTVF]
• You might have noticed the Cool Springs sign on I-65S that collapsed earlier this year has finally be replaced, 6 months later. [WKRN]
• Former UT coach Phillip Fulmore has turned down the position he was offered as the special assistant TO THE president of the university. [WTVF]
• Governor Phil will be making an appearance in Clarksville for some sort of special announcement about the Hemlock Semiconductor Corporation. Sounds shady to us. [Tennessean]
