Baptist Hospital has been the official provider for the last 10 years (since the team started).

Baptist and St Thomas merged (kinda – they still operate almost totally independent) in 2001 (http://nashville.bizjournals.com/nashville/stor…) so technically St Thomas has been the official provider for 7 years.

Ask any Preds fan or person on the street and they'd say that Baptist was the provider and most have no idea that St Thomas and Baptist share a pocket book (and little else).
