- As more low-income Nashvillians are strapped for cash and unable to pay their sky-high electric bills, the Metro Action Commission has opened up a new site in South Nashville to help people out with their payments. The waiting lists are long, though, the funds are limited. [WTVF]
- The Loveless Cafe, ever popular amongst the tourists, is building a huge 6,000 square-foot event center next door that looks like a barn. They plan on hosting both public and private events in the venue, which should be able to seat 200 to 300 people. [WKRN]
