		<description>So Chattanooga is clearing all this land despite a strong possibility that they&#039;re not the leading candidate for the site? A bit strange that 300 acres are being cleared with &quot;hopes&quot; that it may help VW decide. I honestly hope they get it, but just find the land clearing weird.</description>
