Voices That Matter is bringing their Web Design conference to Nashville next week, June 10-13.

“This not-to-be-missed conference brings you face to face with the Web design authors whose books have shaped your career. Get your most difficult questions answered and gain insights from the brightest thinkers and practitioners in the Web industry during four days of entertaining, informative, and inspiring sessions and conversations.”

We’re not up to date on the latest going prices for web design conferences… But at $1300 for core conference registration, this had better be good. Anyone planning on going?

  • We dropped them a line to find out, and unfortunately it looks like they do not have plans to return to Nashville this year. Sorry!
  • @Dave Newman - You make a very, very good point. I think we side with you too... but then again, we're not web designers.
  • $1300 is actually the price for the core conference, no workshops included. If you want two workshops, you get to pay $1600!
  • $1300? That is pretty outrageous. Is that really the cost of "conferences" these days?
  • This does look interesting but my conference budget for the year was already used for something else.
  • I considered it but SXSW is about a quarter of the cost and has the built-in excuse to fly to Austin for a week.
  • I would have liked to, but I found out about it too late.
