Our friends over at the Music City Hot Chicken Festival are back this year with all things hot chicken. The fest isn’t until July 4, so we’ll save covering that for later… But if you’re that special kind of hot chicken fan, you may be able to get in on the early action. The festival is saving 6 spots for the best amateur hot chicken chefs, and there will be a cook-off. Winner takes all (and by all, we mean a trophy and a new deep fryer).
